Civic buildings have to last on the day they need to.
We approach civic work the way we approach hospitals and historic landmarks. The roof is not finished when the membrane is down. It is finished when the flashing details, the warranty paperwork, and the maintenance plan are walked through with the building owner. That is the standard our crews work to. It is also why most of our work comes from owners we have already roofed for.
