- Description: This the first of four new office buildings for EPIC employees to be constructed. The sloped roofs have authentic non fading grey-black slate with graduating coursing. The flat roofs are Firestone Building Products 60 mil black fully adhered EPDM systems with washed river rock surfacing. We installed 10 custom style metal wall panels, using Kynar 500 paint finish to 16 oz copper materials to accent the many facets of wall elevations.

- Description: This project involves replacing the existing ballasted EPDM roof system with a new asphalt built-up roof system. It also includes complete replacement of the standing seam, soffit and fascia at all of the existing areas.
